摘要
选用均一目数玻璃微珠作为填充介质填制砂芯模型,比较了干法填砂和湿法填砂的区别,同时对渗透率的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:不同的填砂方法、注入速度、填砂管出口滤网目数等因素对砂芯模型的渗透率具有一定的影响。最后得出了不同目数玻璃微珠填制的砂芯模型的方法:采用500目滤网,选择湿法填制,压制压力为10~15 MPa,压制时间为10 min,用3 mL/min进行渗透率测试。同时获得了对应的实际地层的剪切速率,本研究为聚合物驱油机理的研究提供了很好的前提条件。
Identical mesh count glass beads as filling objects, the differences of filling wet methods and filling dry method were compared, meanwhile, the influence factors of permeability were researched. The result showed that different filling methods, inject speed, the screen cloth of filling sand tube export and so on had a certain effect on the permeability of core model. The best method for homogeneous core model filled with glass beads was that using 500 meshes and wet method, with the pressure 10 - 15 MPa and suppress time 10 min, and using 3 mL/min. The correspondent shearing rate of actual layer was obtained. Core model provided a good precondition for the study of polymer flooding mechanism
