摘要
脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源,气机升降之枢纽。小儿肺腑娇嫩,脾常不足,外邪入侵,首上犯于肺,常表现为咳嗽。小儿咳嗽病位虽在肺,但与脾胃关系密切。中医认为肺与脾胃无论是在生理机能、病理变化都有密切联系。朱珊教授认为,治疗小儿咳嗽,在从肺辨证施治的同时,更应注重脾胃的调治。
Infantile cough was mainly caused by ill in lung, but it was related with the spleen and stomach. Professor Zhu Shan considered that it should be started from lung for diagnosis and treatment on the patient＇s condition to cure the infantile cough, but recuperative medical care of the spleen and stomach was more important.
