摘要 采用脉冲钨极氩弧焊焊接了 SiCp/LD2 A1复合材料,并用 X射线衍射、光镜、电镜及 MTS-810试验机对焊缝的组织及性能进行了分析.结果表明,通过焊前去红处理及填充 A1-Si焊丝,可以解决 SiCp/LD2 A1复合材料电弧焊中的界面反应、气孔及裂纹等问题。 Preliminary studies were conducted on TIG welding of SiC particle reinforced LD2 A1 alloy matrix composite. The microstructure and properties of SiCp/LD2 weld were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, OM, TEM and MTS-810 testing machine. The results show that the problems in TIG welding SiCp/LD2, such as interfacial reaction, porosity and cracking, etc., may be avoided by taking appropriate treatments, such as degasing and using A1-Si wire as filler metal. Weldmellt with good properties may be get with TIG welding.
