影响挖125I粒子植入治疗头颈部复发或转移癌疗效的因素 被引量：4

摘要 手术和放疗为主的综合治疗已在头颈部肿瘤中广泛应用，但30％～40％的患者在短期内即出现局部复发[1]由于头颈部解剖结构复杂，周围正常组织剂量限制或患者本身不能耐受等原因使再程放疗或再次手术受限，临床处理十分棘手。125I粒子植入以其疗效肯定、微创、并发症少的优势逐渐被重视，在前列腺癌[2]、胰腺癌[3]、消化道肿瘤[4-5]别等治疗领域广泛开展，并在头颈部复发或转移癌中显示出广阔的应用前景[6]。精确设定周边剂量，合理确定粒子活度及分布，严格进行术后验证均成为提高125I粒子治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤疗效的关键因素。现综述如下。
