摘要
目的了解我院门、急诊抗菌药物使用情况,探讨存在的问题,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法对门、急诊具有抗菌药物处方权的医师所开具的抗菌药物处方进行点评,对抗菌药物使用的品种、联合用药、用药合理性进行分析评价。结果在13 800张处方中,抗菌药物一联使用12 387张,占89.76%,二联使用1 392张,占10.09%,三联使用21张,占0.15%。不合理处方1 732张,占点评总处方数的12.55%。结论我院门急诊抗菌药物使用基本合理,但也存在不合理使用现象,表现为无指征使用、不合理使用喹诺酮类、选用不合理、给药方法不当、配伍不当等方面。
Objective To find out the usage of antimicrobial drugs in outpatient and emergency of our hospital, inves- tigate existing problems, promote rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Antibacterial drug prescriptions in out- patient and emergency issued by physicians with antimicrobial drug prescribing rights were reviewed, the varieties of antimicrobial drugs, combination therapy, medication reasonableness were analyzed and evaluated. Results In 13 800 prescriptions, the numbers of single drug therapy were 1 2387, occupied 89.76%, the numbers of bigeminy drug ther- apy were 1 392, occupied 10.09%, the numbers of triple drug therapy were 21, occupied 0.15%. The numbers of un- reasonable prescriptions were 1 732, occupied 12.55%. Conclusion The use of antimierobial drugs in outpatient and emergency of our hospital is basically rational, but there also has the phenomenon of irrational use. The main phe- nomenon is no indication of use, unreasonable use of quinolones, unreasonable type selection, undeserved medication and improper compatibility.
