摘要
针对现有飞参记录仪中发动机滑油压力参数测量误差大的问题,在分析测量电路工作原理的基础上,提出了在飞参外部加装电压信号测量处理电路的解决方案,并设计了实际电路,对测量结果进行了分析,从而在不改变飞参设备内部硬件结构的条件下,实现了滑油压力信号的准确测量,可为发动机监控提供重要依据。
The measurement precision of the engine's lubricant oil pressure that in the FDR (Flight Data Recorder) is lower than needed. Aiming at this problem, the working mechanism of the measurement circuit is analyzed in the first. And then the resolution is given by adding a measurement circuit of the power supply voltage beside the FDR. The working circuit is designed and the testing results are analyzed. So on the precondition that keep the inside hardware structure of the FDR remains unchanged, the precision of the engine's lubricant oil pressure can be greatly improved, which can provide important proof to the surveillance of the engine.
