银杏酮酯自乳化软胶囊的制备及质量评价

摘要 目的制备银杏酮酯自乳化软胶囊并进行质量评价。方法以自乳化后乳滴粒径为指标,采用正交试验筛选胶囊液处方,并参照中国药典进行质量考察。结果最佳处方为共轭亚油酸乙酯-吐温85-乙醇=80∶15∶5,药物含量7%;常温和加速实验3个月内质量稳定。结论该制备银杏酮酯自乳化软胶囊的工艺可行,质量符合要求。 Objective To prepare self - emulsifying soft capsules of gingko biloba and evaluate its quality. Methods The orthogonal experiment was used to screen the prescription with particle size after self - emulsifying as index. The quality was investigated according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010. Results The optimum prescription was ethyl conjugated linole- ic acid - Tween 85 - alcohol{ 80: 15:5 ) and the content of the drug was 7%. The quality was stable in 3 months in acceler- ated test or at room temperature. Conclusion The preparation technology of self - emulsifying soft capsules of gingko bi- loba was feasible, and the quality conformed to the requirement.
