人工流产术与药物流产术造成不孕原因的比较分析 被引量:42

摘要 目的:比较分析行人工流产术和药物流产术后造成不孕的原因。方法:对从2010年3月至2011年10月到本院行人工流产术或者药物流产术后继发不孕的82例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并采取宫腹腔镜联合下直视检查以查出患者不孕的具体原因。结果:52例行人工流产术后不孕的患者中,因患有盆腔炎症疾病继发不孕的有35例,占67.3%;30例行药物流产术后不孕的患者中,因输卵管有不同程度阻塞继发不孕的有19例,占63.3%。多次进行流产手术的患者不孕率会比只行1次流产手术的患者不孕率高。结论:盆腔炎疾病是行人工流产术后患者继发不孕的主要原因,而输卵管阻塞是行药物流产术后患者不孕的主要原因,临床上应采取措施、规范操作,防止因行流产手术而继发不孕的发生。 Objective: To analyse the causes of infertility induced by artificial abortion and medication abortion. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 82 patients with secondary infertility induced by artificial abortion and medication abortion from March,2010 to October,2011 in our hospital , and treatment process of the patients with infertility were done to study the causes of infertility. Results: Fifty-two cases underwent artificial abortion, medication abortion of 30 cases, which the incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease, tubal obstruction, ovulatory dysfunction, endometriosis associated infertility after artificial abortion was significantly higher than that after medication abortion, and the incidence of pelvic cavity inflammation, obstruction of fallopian tube, ovulation disorders, endometriosis associated infertility after several times of abortion operations was significantly higher than that after one time of abortion operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Pelvic inflammatory disease is the main reason for secondary infertility after artificial abortion and tubal obstruction is the main reason for infertility after medication abortion, the measures should be taken to prevent secondary infertility.
