摘要
目的:了解临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌(Pae)Ⅲ型分泌系统毒力基因exoS、exoU的携带情况及分布特点。方法:对来自广州医学院第一附属医院临床分离的64株Pae,采用PCR法检测exoS、exoU毒力基因的携带情况。结果:64株Pae中,exoS基因阳性的占65.63%(42/64);exoU基因阳性的占10.94%(7/64);在30株多重耐药的Pae中,exoS基因阳性的占73.33%(22/30),exoU基因阳性的占10%(3/30)。在34株非多重耐药的Pae中,exoS基因阳性的占58.82%(20/34),exoU基因阳性的占11.76%(4/34)。结论:临床分离的Pae中,携带的毒力基因以exoS基因型为主,exoU基因型所占比例较低。多重耐药菌株与非多重耐药菌株exoS和exoU基因的携带率差异无显著性。
Objective:To study the carrying rate and distribution of type Ⅲ secretion systems toxin gene exoS and exoU in clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Pae).Methods: Sixty-four clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were collected from the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou Medical College.The carrying situation of exoS and exoU was detected by PCR.Results: Among 64 strains of Pae,the positive rate of gene exoS was 65.63%(42/64),the positive rate of gene exoU was 10.94%(7/64);Among 30 isolates with multiple drug resistance,the positive rate of gene exoS was 73.33%(22/30),and the positive rate of gene exoU was 10%(3/30).Among 34 isolates with single drug resistance,the positive rate of gene exoS is 58.82%(20/34),and the positive rate of gene exoU was 11.76%(4/34).Conclusion: In clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,exoS is the main genotype of toxin genes,and the proportion of gene exoU is lower.The carrying rates of gene exoS and exoU had no significant difference between the multi-drug-resistant strains and the single drug-resistant strains.
