摘要
目的探讨高原低氧环境对成年男性精浆生化指标及抗精子抗体的影响。方法采用自身前后对照方法,对同一批进驻5380米高原某部男性军人,于上山前一个月、上山后半年、上山后一年和下山后半年四个时间段,分别观察男性精浆生化指标及抗精子抗体的变化。精浆果糖、锌、中性α-葡糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶等采用分光光度比色法测定。精浆抗精子抗体测定采用ELISA法。结果上山半年组与上山前组相比,男性精浆锌、果糖、中性α-葡糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶显著降低,精浆抗精子抗体阳性率显著升高;上山一年后,精浆锌、果糖、中性α-葡糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶进一步明显减低,而精浆抗精子抗体阳性率虽有回落但仍显著高于上山前组;下山半年后,精浆锌、果糖、中性α-葡糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶和抗精子抗体阳性率均能恢复至上山前水平。结论高原低氧环境可干扰男性精囊腺、附睾和前列腺的分泌功能,导致男性生殖细胞发生免疫损伤,但这些不良影响在脱离低氧暴露环境后可逐渐恢复。
Objective: To investigate the influence of hypoxic environment at high altitude on biochemical components and anti sperm antibody(AsAb) in seminal plasma of adult male.Methods:Using pre and post self-control test,same group of male soldiers stayed at 5380 m altitude were abserved with their biochemical components and AsAb in seminal plastma on four period times such as one month before,six months after,one year after staying on the high altitude and six months after down the high altitude.Seminal plasma biochemical components(fructose,zinc,neutral α glycosidase and acid phosphatase) were measured by spectrophotometer.AsAb in seminal plastma were analysed by ELISA method.Results: Compared with the group that before staying at high altidude,seminal plasma fructose,zinc,neutral α glycosidase and acid phosphatase concentration in the group staying on high altitude for half a year were significantly decreased and the positive rate of AsAb in seminal plastma was significantly increased.The group staying on high altitude for one year compared with that before staying,seminal plasma fructose,zinc,neutral α glycosidase and acid phosphatase concentration were further reduced.Moreover,the positive rate of AsAb in seminal plastma decreased gradually and were still significantly higher than that before staying.The concentrations of seminal plasma biochemical components and the positive rate of AsAb in seminal plastma were restored after down the high altitude six months.Conclusion: Hypoxic environment at high altitude can disturb the secretion function of seminal vesicle,epididymis and prostate of adult male and cause immunological injury of reproductive cells.These negative influence would gradually restored after leaving hypaxia exposure environment.
