上海地区高龄孕妇羊水染色体核型分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨高龄孕妇行羊水染色体分析的必要性。方法通过羊膜腔穿刺术分析上海地区554例高龄孕妇羊水细胞染色体核型,以1740例唐氏征血清筛查高危的非高龄孕妇作为对照。结果 554例高龄孕妇羊水细胞标本中检出染色体异常核型23例,异常率为4.15%,显著高于非高龄孕妇染色体异常率。高龄孕妇21三体发生风险与唐氏征血清筛查高危孕妇相同;常染色体三体综合征检出率更胜于后者。结论羊水细胞染色体检查应作为高龄孕妇的常规项目,高龄应作为行胎儿染色体检查的独立指标。
