摘要
目的探讨鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的表现特征。方法回顾性分析26例经病理证实的鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者的CT表现,评价其诊断意义。结果 CT表现:①21例发生于鼻腔前部;②15例出现鼻背部及面颊部软组织肿胀,皮下脂肪消失;③8例出现骨质破坏,其中7例破坏较轻微;④6例出现咽淋巴环增厚;⑤5例增强扫描表现为轻度强化。结论鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤具有相对特异性的CT表现,咽淋巴环增厚具有一定诊断价值,CT检查对本病诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the CT characters of nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma.Methods All 26 cases of nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma were confirmed by pathology.Imaging characters were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT findings showed as follow： ① The localized lesions were found in the anterior nasal cavity in 21 cases;② Soft tissue tumefaction in adjacent maxillary region of nose back was found in 15 cases;③ Slight bone destruction was found in 7 cases;④ Waldeyer＇s ring thickening was found in 6 cases;⑤ Mild enhancement was found in 5 cases.Conclusion Nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma has relatively specific CT characters.Waldeyer＇s ring thickening has been proven as an excellent value for nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma.CT findings play an important role in diagnosis of nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma.
