摘要
以西安电子科技大学图书馆为例,探究了新时期高校图书馆文化建设的发展策略,强调了现时期加强高校图书馆文化建设、奠定培养人才基础的重要性。
Taking the library of Xidian University as an example, this paper probes into the developing strategy adopted by university library in the new period in cultural construction, and emphasize the importance of strengthening the cultural construction of university library and laying the foundation of personnel cultivation in the new period.
