摘要
利用关节臂式三坐标测量仪对铰接盘进行扫描测量得到原始云点数据,将其导入CATIA数字化外形编辑模块(DSE),对云点处理得到CATIA三维模型。通过HYPERMESH软件对三维模型网格划分得到有限元模型,再利用ANSYS10.0对有限元分析模型进行加载计算,得到铰接盘各部件的应力、应变响应情况,为整车仿真计算奠定基础。
Based on articulated arm coordinate measuring instrument, the paper scanned and measured hinged dish, obtained its original point cloud data, and imported it to the CATIA digitized shape editor module (DSE) for processing of CATIA 3D model. The finite element (FE) model was obtained by HYPERMESH software. Using ANSYS10.0 to load and calculated the FE model, we could get the stress and strain responses of the hinged dish, which could lay a foundation for the vehicle simulation calculation.
