Paying Attention to Radical Trachelectomy for Young Patients with Cervical Cancer Early Stage

摘要 根治性子宫颈切除术为未生育的早期宫颈癌年轻患者保留生育功能带来新的希望。应关注术前的准确评估,同时重视术后肿瘤复发、生存率及妊娠结局。 Radical trachelectomy brings new hope for young patients with early cervical cancer without history of childbirth who have the desire of preserving fertility. Accurate preoperative eval- uation, cancer recurrence, survival and pregnant outcome should be paid attention to.
