二甲双胍对青年非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察二甲双胍对青年非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝（NAFL）的疗效。方法选取2010年6月。2010年12月门诊和住院确诊的48例NAFL患者，随机分成两组，每组各24例，治疗组予以二甲双胍0．5g，3次／d，并予以饮食指导，对照组单纯予以饮食控制。结果治疗后治疗组与对照组相比空腹胰岛素水平明显下降，胰岛素抵抗显著改善，肝／脾CT值明显提高。结论二甲双胍对青年NAFL疗效显著，能防止脂肪肝的进一步发展。
