摘要
目的建立科学合理的军队医技专业高级技术职务任职体系。方法采用德尔菲法组织两轮专家函询,汇总专家意见,确定指标命名、权重及最低标准说明等。结果分别针对总医院和中心医院建立了由思想品德、专业知识、医技工作、教学工作、科研工作、其他社会工作等6项一级指标、16项二级指标和15项三级指标(中心医院14项)构成的两个医技专业高级技术职务任职体系。结论指标体系的建立不仅能够为军队医技专业职称评审工作提供参考,而且对医技人员进行自我检查、不断提高综合素质具有导向作用。
Objective To build up a system of military medico-technical specialists' credentials for superior technical position.Methods Delphi method was taken to organize two rounds of specialist consultations,specialists' opinions were summarized,index name and weight were identified,minimum requirements were explained,and the system of credentials was established.Results Two systems of military medico-technical specialists' credentials were established respectively for General hospitals and Center hospitals,which included six first-level indicators: ideology and mortality,professional knowledge,medico-technical work,teaching,scientific research,other society activities,16 second-level indicators and 15 third-level indicators(14 for Central hospitals).Conclusion A series of credentials for military medico-technical specialists can not only put solid preferences for evaluation of professional titles but also are helpful to advance the comprehensive quality of military medico-technical workers.
