摘要
立足于军队医院卫勤保障及临床医疗工作实际,探索形成以院前、院内、院后为中心,以环环相扣、无缝对接为基础的"三位一体"服务模式,建立多元化服务格局,为提高新时期军队医院为部队官兵服务质量提供可借鉴的方法和经验。
Combining with the practice of serving for the army of the military hospital,a three-in-one service model was shaped in the new era which covered the service before,in and after being accepted by the hospital.In the article the model were applied in the practice to improve the service quality for the military forces in the military hospital.
