摘要
目的探讨急诊护士获得社会支持的状况并分析其影响相关因素。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷及肖水源的社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)对广州市5所三级甲等综合性医院急诊科143名护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊护士获得社会支持总分(38.17±7.44)分,主观支持(22.08±4.67)分,客观支持(8.36±3.05)分,对支持的利用度(7.73±1.62)分。急诊护士获得社会支持与年龄、工作年限有关(均P<0.05)。结论重视急诊护士需求,协助其扩大社交面,构建社会支持网络,同时注重对社会支持利用度的培养,从而提高急诊护士的社会支持度。
Objective To investigate the status quo of social supports for the emergency nurses and analyze the correlation factors.Methods 143 nurses from emergency departments of 5 hospitals in Guangzhou were investigated by a general information questionnaire and the social support rating scale（SSRS）.The data were analyzed with Software SPSS17.0.Results The total scores on social supports,subjective support,objective support and the use of support were（38.17 ± 7.44）,（22.08 ± 4.67）,（8.36 ± 3.05） and（7.73 ± 1.62）,respectively.The influential factors of social support acquired by emergency nurses included the number of brother and sister,marriage status,age and work experience（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The social supports may be improved by attaching greater attention to their needs,helping them to construct the network for social support and training them to use the social supports.
