摘要
目的探讨冰水加甲酰四氢叶酸钙(calcium folinic,CF)漱口液在治疗大剂量甲氨蝶呤(methotrexate,MTX)化疗患者口腔黏膜炎中的应用效果。方法将118例接受MTX化疗的骨肉瘤患者分为对照组66例,观察组52例。对照组采用CF漱口液进行漱口,观察组采用冰水加CF漱口液进行漱口。比较两组患者口腔黏膜炎发生率和持续时间的差异。结果对照组患者有51例(77.27%)发生口腔黏膜炎,观察组有27例(51.92%)发生口腔黏膜炎,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者口腔黏膜炎持续时间为(2.93±1.18)d,对照组为(3.31±1.40)d,两组比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论对使用大剂量MTX化疗患者采用冰水加CF漱口液进行口腔护理,可提高口腔黏膜炎的预防效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of calcium formyltetrahydrofolate（CF） collutory combined with iced water on oral mucous membranitis induced by chemotherapy with large-dosage methotrexate.Methods 118 osteosarcoma patients undergoing chemotherapy with methotrexate（MTX） were divided into the control group（n = 66） and the observation group（n = 52）：the former gargled with CF collutory,while the control with CF collutory combined with iced water.The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence and duration of oral mucous membranitis.Results 51 cases（77.27%） in the control contracted with oral mucous membranitis and 27 cases（51.92%） in the observation group did.The difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The durations of oral mucous membranitis were（2.93 ± 1.18）d and（3.31 ± 1.40）d,respectively.The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The oral care to the patients undergoing chemotherapy with large-dosage MTX combined with iced water may improve the curative effect on oral mucous membranitis.It deserves clinical application.
