无线粮仓温湿度语音监控系统的设计

摘要 针对传统粮仓温度监控系统采用电缆传输采集数据存在布线繁多、易损坏等问题,设计了基于数字式温湿度传感器DHT11的无线粮仓温度语音监控系统.系统中利用数字式温湿度传感器DHT11实现温湿度采集,借助无线收发芯片nRF24L01进行采集数据的无线传输,选用单片机STC12C5410作为核心控制器,进行采集信号的处理、传输.通过液晶触摸显示屏JM320240F显示采集的温湿度,采用语音模块XF-S4240进行语音播报及报警信号,实现了粮仓的温湿度无线语音监控. According to the problem of numerous and destructible wirings when traditional monitoring system for temperature and humidity of a granary uses cable transmission,a wireless voice monitoring system for temperature and humidity of a granary based on DHT11 was designed.The system fulfills temperature and humidity signal collection through connecting temperature and humidity sensor unit DHT11,and transmits the collected data with the aid of nRF24L01 wireless transceiver chip.STC12C5410 was used as the core controller.Collected temperature and humidity data are displayed on a JM320240F LCD touch screen,and an XF-S4240 module is applied to voice broadcast and voice alarm,achieving the wireless voice monitoring of temperature and humidity of a granary.
