摘要
为了明确芫荽水提液对细菌的抑制作用,将新鲜芫荽洗净、晾干,紫外线杀菌处理后研碎,以大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌为供试菌种,采用滤纸片贴片法对芫荽水提液的抑菌作用进行了研究,供试液分别为25%、50%、75%、100%的芫荽提取液。结果表明,芫荽水提液对以上2种供试菌种所产生的抑菌圈大小不同,不同体积分数的芫荽水提液对2种菌有不同程度的抑菌作用。随着芫荽水提液体积分数的增大,抑菌作用增强,这说明芫荽水提取液对细菌有抑菌活性。
To study the bacteriostatic effects of water extraction liquid from Coriander,fresh Cor- iander was washed,dried,and sterilized by UV exposure. E. coli and Bacillus subtilis were used as the tested strains and the experiment was performed by the method of filter patch. The results showed that the Coriander water extraction liquid had different degrees of hacteriostasis to the two tested strains and the baeteriostatic circle size of water extraction liquid from Coriander were different between the two tested strains. The bacteriostasis was enhanced accompanied with the increasing of Coriander water extraction liquid concentration.
