摘要
为正确描述贵州绿僵菌和戴氏绿僵菌的分类地位提供更充分的形态学和分子证据,通过观察贵州绿僵菌和戴氏绿僵菌的形态特征并扩增其转录间隔区序列(ITS)和翻译延伸因子(TEF)基因部分序列,用最大简约法构建了系统发育树。结果表明:戴氏绿僵菌应归入贵州绿僵菌中。
To provide sufficient morphological and molecular evidence for the right description of the taxonomic status of M.guizhouense and M.taii,the morphological characteristics of M.guizhouense and M.taii were observed and their partial sequences of internal transcribed spacer(ITS) and translation elongation factor(TEF) were amplified and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by maximum parsimony method.The results showed that M.taii should be treated as a synonym of M.guizhouense.
