几种腐烂菌降解油菜秸秆的效果

摘要 为给贵州山区秸秆饲料的发酵工艺提供技术参考,采用单菌株固体发酵法,研究了赤9号、赤8号、贵11号、贵9号、贵10号、毕2号、铜3号等腐烂菌和3种不同配方对油菜秸秆降解率和降解后粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗蛋白水平的影响。结果表明:油菜秸秆6~7g、蔗糖0.6~0.7g、菌液15mL的配方3降解效果较好,赤9号菌株在该配方下降解粗纤维的效果达79%,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量的下降比例不大。该菌株对秸秆发酵生产饲料作为优良菌株的筛选、纤维素降解机理和代谢产物的研究具有重要的科研价值。 In order to provide technical references for the fermentation process of rape straw in Guizhou mountain region,single-strain solid state fermentation method was used to research the effects of several rot fungus and three kinds of different formula(formula 1,2 and 3) on the degradation rate of rape straw and the level of crude fiber,crude fat,crude protein after degradation.The results showed that the formula 3(6~7g rape straw,0.6~0.7g sucrose,15 mL bacteria liquid) had the best effect.Degradation rate of crude fiber reached 79%,at the same time,decline proportion of crude fat and crude protein content was low when using Chi 9 strain.So Chi 9 strain had important scientific value for the research of cellulose degradation mechanism and metabolites.
