原发性颞叶癫痫海马硬化的MRI研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,颞叶癫痫、颞叶癫痫与海马硬化的关系及颞叶癫痫海马硬化的MRI表现越来越受到人们的关注。本文就海马的解剖及组织学特点、海马硬化的病理改变及颞叶癫痫海马硬化的磁共振常规及特殊扫描(体积测量、磁共振扩散张量成像、氢质子磁共振波谱分析)特点进行总结,探讨海马硬化与颞叶癫痫的关系。
