摘要
处于软土地基中的既有房屋由于后期建筑增加的附加应力,导致原有房屋倾斜、开裂,影响到其结构安全和正常使用,需要对其进行安全性鉴定,并进行加固设计和处理技术研究。通过工程案例的分析、研究和处理,对原有房屋进行了加固,在保证原有房屋结构稳定和使用安全的情况下,尽可能的使新建房屋亦能保留,对既成事实的新老建筑共存处理进行了有益的探索。
Because additional stress of existent building increase lead to the original house with soft soil foundation crack and tilt,the structure security and normal use were affected. The safety, reinforce structure design and technology research were needed to appraise. In order to insure the original house structure stability and security, and make both old and new building coexisting,a beneficial exploration was involved through the engineering case analysis.
