摘要
从机理上说外商直接投资可以提高东道国的劳动力人力资本水平和人力资本总量。然而实证研究表明:外商直接投资对我国劳动力人力资本水平并没有明显提高,其正向影响强度不超过国内投资的影响,与显著提升人力资本水平的对外贸易相比,更是相差甚远。外商直接投资虽然没有带来劳动力人力资本水平提高,但对人力资本总量的提高却有贡献,在1980-2010年间,其对人力资本总量平均每年贡献度为0.414%,累积贡献度为7.907%。
FDI may increase human capital for a host country. However our research shows that FDI has not distinctly increasde human capital level in China, its positive influence is not above that of national investment national invest, and is evidently lower than external trade. Although FDI has not increasde human capital level, but it contributes to amount of human capital, and every year its average contribution ratio to human capital is 0.414% during 1980-2010, cumulated contribution ratio to hu- man capital is 7.907%. The paper shows improving human capital level in China is mainly due to openness of foreign and host market, not FDI.
