摘要
采用直接计数法和典型样方法,对浙江九龙山国家级自然保护区的16种国家重点保护野生植物进行了数量、分布、生境、利用、保护现状等调查,并依据频度、种型、利用价值、就地保护等13个单项指标,濒危系数、遗传价值系数、利用价值系数、保护现状系数5个组合指标,建立了定性与定量相结合的野生植物保护价值评价体系,开展优先保护序列研究,得出优先保护的序列为:花榈木、福建柏、九龙山榧树、凹叶厚朴、南方红豆杉、厚朴、钟萼木、连香树、榉树、樟、香果树、鹅掌楸、白豆杉、榧树、长序榆、毛红椿。
Investigations were conducted on abundance, distribution, habitat, useful value and protection situation by direct count and typical quadrat method of 16 protected plants in Jinlongshan National Nature Reserve, Zhejiang province. Evaluation system combined with qualitative and quantitative protection was established based on 13 indicators like frequency, species style, useful value, in situ conservation, etc, and 5 synthetical indicators such as threatened coefficient, genetic one, useful value one, protection situation and breeding ones. Studies on conservation priorities for plants in the Reserve demonstrated the order as follows: Ormosia henryi, Fokienia hodginsii, Torreya grandis vat. flulongshanensis, Magnolia officinalis asp. biloba, Taxus chinensis var. mairei, M. officinalis, Bretschneidera sinensis, Cercidiphyllum japonicum, Zelkova serrata, Cinnamomum camphora, Emmenopterys henryi, Ltriodendron chinense, Pseudotaxus chienii, T. grandis, Ulmus elongate and Toona ciliate var. pubescens.
