摘要
针对终端焦化废水处理中硫化物及氰化物不达标的现状,采用聚合硅酸铝铁外加少量高铁酸钾进行絮凝氧化处理,再加入少许氧化钙进行沉淀处理,可达到理想的去除效果.从理论上分析了高铁酸钾的高效氧化作用和聚合硅酸铝铁的絮凝机理,实验分析了pH值、温度及有机物浓度等因素对硫化物及氰化物去除的影响,得出了此方法可以有效处理硫氰化物的结论.结果表明:硫化物和氰化物的去除率最高可达到90%和85%.
Due to substandard of the sulphide and cyanide from end purified coking wastewater,the new methods for sulphide and cyanide removal were employed using poly-aluminum-ferric-silicate(PAFSi),potassium ferrate(K2FeO4) and calcium oxide(CaO) based on coagulation,oxidation and precipitation separately.The high-effectiveness of oxidation of potassium ferrate as well as coagulation of poly aluminum-ferric-silicate were analyzed theoretically.The effect of pH,temperature and COD on the sulphide and cyanide removal were investigated.The results shows that removal efficiencies of the sulphide and cyanide reached the maximum of 90% and 85% separately.
