摘要
为提高基于SoC(System-on-Chip)的存储测试仪的灵活性、通用性,设计了一种新型的变频率采样策略.此策略通过分频的方式可产生8种采样频率,以适应不同频带的被测试信号.通过子过程划分的方法,利用触发信号实现对于同一被测参数在一次测试过程中多次调整采样频率的功能.仿真验证结果表明:这种采样策略可实现采样频率与被测信号的适应性.应用这种采样策略的SoC可以扩展所构成测试仪的应用范围,增强其灵活性.
A new type of variable frequency sampling strategy is designed in order to improve the flexibility and versatility of storage measurement and test instrument which is based on SoC(System-on-Chip).The strategy could be adapted to the measured signals of different frequency bands by producing eight kinds of sampling frequency;It had the function of several times to adjust the sampling frequency for the same measured parameters in a test use the trigger signal by dividing into sub-processes.By simulation,the sampling strategy could achieve the adaptability between the sampling frequency and the measured signal.SoC with the sampling strategy could extend the scope of application of the instrument,and enhanced the flexibility of the system.
