摘要结肠癌是胃肠道中常见的恶性肿瘤,在欧美国家为导致死亡的第二大恶性肿瘤[1],在我国结肠癌发病率也逐年增高。随着多层螺旋CT（Multlicecomputed tomography,MSCT）的发展和普及,CT结肠成像（Computed tomography colonography,CTC）越来越广泛应用于临床,本研究旨在分析CTC技术在结、直肠肿瘤诊断中的应用价值及检查方法。
