北京地区七星瓢虫滞育诱导的温光效应 被引量:19

Effects of Temperature and Light on Diapause Induction in Lady Beetle Coccinella septempunctata in Beijing,China

摘要 七星瓢虫在我国北方以成虫滞育越冬。本文系统研究了温度和光周期对七星瓢虫滞育诱导的调控作用及诱导过程中成虫体重动态,结果表明:七星瓢虫属低温短日照滞育型昆虫,温度、光周期及二者交互作用均对七星瓢虫成虫滞育诱导有显著影响,其中温度起主导作用,光周期配合温度起作用。高温时(30℃和36℃),成虫滞育率为0;24℃和18℃时,成虫出现滞育个体,滞育率随温度降低而显著升高。温度还影响滞育诱导的临界光周期,24℃时,4个光周期10L:14D、12L:12D、14L:D10和16L:8D条件下不存在明显的临界时长;18℃滞育诱导的临界日长在14~16 h之间。上述4个光周期下滞育诱导率差异显著,滞育率在18℃和24℃下均随光周期缩短而增加。18℃时滞育诱导过程中成虫体重变化波动较大,不同日龄间存有显著差异;体重增长率与光周期相关,短日照条件下体重增长较快,光周期为12L:12D时,成虫在12日龄时体重达到最大值;光周期为10L:14D时,成虫在9日龄时达到最大值。 Lady beetle Coccinella septempunctata overwinters as diapause adult in north China. The effects of both temperature and photoperiod on diapause induction and changes of body weight during diapause induction were systematically investigated in this beetle. Photoperiodic response of diapause induction in C. septempunctata was a short-day type. Temperature, photoperiod and their interaction all had significant influence on diapause incidence of this beetle. Temperature played the key role in diapause induction, while effect of photoperiod on diapause induction depended on temperature. No individuals went into diapause under 30 ℃ and 36 ℃. Diapause proportion of this beetle declined when temperature increased under 24 ℃ than 18 ℃. Critical photophase for diapause induction was greatly shifted with temperature. Photoperiodic response curve showed that critical day length was between 14 h and 16 h at 18 ℃ under photoperiod of 10L: 14D, 12L: 12D, 14L: 10D, 16L: 8D; but there was not a critical day length under the same photoperiod range at 24 ℃. Incidence of diapause differed with the day length the adult experienced. Short daylight induced more adults into diapause than long daylight at 18 ℃ and 24 ℃ under the above four photoperiods. There were significant differences in body weight between adults of different age at 18 ℃ under diapause induction photoperiod. The highest body weight was achieved in the 9th day old adults exposed to 10L: 14D, and in the 12^th day exposed to 12L: 12D.
