摘要
以可生物降解材料聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)为壁材,聚乙烯醇(PVAL)、明胶为分散剂,吐温80、司盘80为乳化剂,分别用甲醇抽提法和溶剂挥发法制备PBS微胶囊。在室温(25±1)℃、搅拌速率为300~400 r/min下,分别探讨了两种制备工艺中不同种类、不同配比的分散剂和乳化剂对PBS微胶囊粒径分布和形貌的影响。结果表明,加入复配分散剂和乳化剂比加入单一分散剂和乳化剂制备的PBS微胶囊效果好;当分散剂PVAL与明胶的质量比为2∶8、乳化剂吐温80与司盘80的体积比为7∶3时,用溶剂挥发法制备的PBS微胶囊形状较好,粒度较均匀。
The poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)microcapsules were prepared by methanol extraction and solvent evaporation with biodegradable PBS as wall material, polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) and gelatin as dispersant, Tween 80 and Span 80 as emulsifier. The effects of different proportion and kinds of dispersant and emulsifier on PBS microcapsule particle distribution and surface morphology were studied and the optimum technological conditions of these two kinds of preparation methods were discussed at room temperature and the stirring speed of 300 ~ 400 r/min. The results show that adding compound dispersant and emulsifier has better effect on the preparation of PBS microcapsule than adding the single dispersant and emulsifier ; PBS microcapsules with good forming and even particle size were prepared by using solvent evaporation when the mass ratio of dispersing agent PVAL and gelatin is 9- : 8 and the volume ratio of emulsifier Tween 80/Span 80 is 7 : 3.
