摘要
阐述了正则多重纬角联锁织物的特征。该织物结构的层数与组织循环、飞数之间有一定的关系,是一种有规律的织物结构,在产业用纺织品行业有着广泛用途。根据该特征,提出了可以利用Excel表格的基本操作来取代手绘图形,能方便地绘制出正则多重纬角联锁机织物的结构图和组织图的方法。即先在Excel中画出结构图,然后根据它们之间存在的规律性关系直接画出组织图。实践证明,该方法操作简单,使繁琐的织物设计变得简单快捷准确,减小了设计工作量,同时为织物组织CAD设计打下基础。
This paper describes the characteristics of regular multiple wen angle interlocking fabric, ann shows that there is a certain relationship between repetition of weave, step number and layers, and that its fabric structure is regular and can be widely used in industrial textile. According to the characteristics, this paper puts forward the basic operations of Excel spreadsheet that can be used to replace conventional hand-drawn graphics as a method of regular muhiple weft angle interlocking fabric texture design. Namely, structural diagrams are first drawn in Excel, and then organizational diagrams are drawn according to the regularity between them. It has been proved that the new way of designing operation can reduce the workload and simp]ify the practice, making it fast and accurate, and it also lays a foundation for fabric texture design using CAD system.
