摘要
输电线路作为电力网的"主动脉"和城市配电网的上级电源,其停电与否是关乎电网可靠运行的重要因素。由于近年来城市发展对电网安全性及可靠性要求的提高,运行输电线路的停电改造在所难免,着重从设计方案、停电相关接线方式两方面介绍了上海电网运行线路停电改造方案优化的探索,并详尽分析了各种优化方案的特点。
As the major component of power grid and the superior of distribution network,the outage of transmission lines is an important factor about reliable operation of the power grid.Especially for Shanghai,such a large city,the upgrade of in-service transmission lines is extremely difficult.In recent years due to the urban development and the reliability of grid,some in-service lines must be upgraded.The paper introduces some reconstruction schemes from the design and the mode of connection.The detailed analysis of all kinds of optimization scheme is described as well.
