摘要
采用INV1612型单盘柔性转子实验台,通过改变负重盘的位置和润滑油膜的性质进行了大量实验。结果显示,在转子的轴向中心位置有周向均匀负重时,临界转速和最大振幅出现峰值;增大润滑油运动粘度,可降低转子的最大振幅,提高临界转速;随着润滑油高温粘性指数增大,转子的最大振幅减小,临界转速近似不变;低温粘性指数对转子振动特性影响的规律较不明显,还有待进一步研究。实验结果为研究影响转子系统稳定性因素提供了依据。
Using a platform with an INV1612 multifunctional single-disc flexible rotor, experimental research works are performed to study the effects of rotor structure and viscosity of different lubricants on vibrational characteristics of flexible rotors with one disc. The result shows that the peak value of the critical speed and maximum amplitude of rotor vibrations will emerga, if there is a eircunfferential uniform load at the axial center of the rotor. Increasing that kinetic viscosity, the maximum amplitude of rotor will reduce and the critical speed will increase. Moreover, as the maximum amplitude decreases, the critical speed keeps approximately constant while the high temperature viscosity exponent increases. However, the low temperature viscosity exponent effect on vibrational characteristics is not evident, which needs further study. The experiment result provides a reference basis for the safe operation and a stabe rotor-bearing system.
