摘要 研究多管发射器存在的发射速度慢、机动性差和效能低等各种问题,提出了箱储式防暴弹发射单元新方法,为提高箱储式爆炸性催泪弹发射装置的性能提供有力的手段,准确评价发射过程中对发射装置产生的影响,从而保证结构的可靠性和准确性,并采用多刚体动力学理论来建立发射装置的发射动力学模型,并利用ADAMS软件仿真分析发射装置单发和多发时运动规律,得到了定向管口的振动位移和速度时间历程曲线。仿真结果为进一步研究及优化发射装置的关键部件设计以及初始扰动、发射时序等特性的研究提供一定的理论基础。 According to the existing various problems of multibarrel rocke of Armed Police Force, combining technical feature of multibarrel rocket, an absolute new concept about the container fire unit for exploding tear gas was proposed. To provide powerful means for scientific research and improvement of performance of the launching device of container fire unit for exploding tear gas, it is necessary to evaluate the impact to launcher during firing process. Thus, reliability of the launcher can be met. The paper applied multi - body dynamics theory to build dynamic model and used ADAMS software to simulate and analyse the motion rule. Thus, the theoretical basis can be obtained for further research and optimization of the key parts design of the launching device, as well as the initial, disturbance and emission timing characteristics.
