热压成型和热处理工艺对纸基摩擦材料性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 探讨热压成型压力对纸基摩擦片的孔隙率、压缩回弹性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响,以及热处理工艺对摩擦性能和磨损的影响。结果表明:合适的成型压力对摩擦性能和磨损率有较大影响,当压强为20MPa时摩擦片具有32%左右的孔隙率,压缩性变小,回弹和摩擦性能好,磨损率低。热处理对树脂的进一步固化很有效,不同树脂应采用不同的热处理温度。 The hot pressing pressure on compression resilience and friction performance of the porosity of the friction plate were studied, and heat treatment on the friction properties and wear rate. The results showed that the hot press molding pressure on the friction properties and wear rates have a greater impact. When the pressure is 20 MPa, the friction plate with about 32% porosity, has smaller compressibility, better resilience and friction performance and lower wear rate. Heat treatment is very effective on further curing of the resin, annealing temperature according to different resins at different temperatures.
