摘要
利用CW CO_2激光热解制备Fe及Fe/C超微粉体,探讨原料体系及光敏剂对粉体组成的影响,对粉体所含有机物质作了初步分析,对粉体作红外光谱、透射电镜及X射线衍射分析,考察了粉体的微观形态。
Fe and Fe/C ultrafine particles (UFP) were synthesized from vapour-phase pyrolysis by a CW CO_2 laser. The effects of original material system and sensitizer on the composition of UFP were probed. The organisms contained in the Fe/C particle were analyzed qualitatively. Detailed characterization of product powders is presented, including IR, TEM and XRD results.
