辣椒砧木的筛选及其耐盐性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以韩国的优良砧木品种"RS1"、"RS2"、"RS3"及山东潍坊砧木品种"威壮贝尔"4种优良辣椒砧木品种为试材,研究其与河南当地辣椒品种"墨玉"的嫁接亲和力,并对自根苗及成活率较高的嫁接苗进行了不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理,对自根苗及嫁接苗的耐盐性进行了比较。结果表明:"RS2"和"威壮贝尔"与"墨玉"的嫁接亲和力较高,嫁接成活率分别达到82.0%、87.3%,各生长性状表现良好。经过不同浓度的盐处理后,嫁接苗和自根苗的壮苗指数都随盐浓度增加呈减弱的趋势,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛的含量呈先增加后降低趋势,而SOD则呈上升趋势,但自根苗SOD含量在160~320mmol/L时下降,与嫁接苗差异性显著。在盐浓度为0~40mmol/L时,自根苗生长优于接穗苗,但盐浓度大于40mmol/L时,接穗苗表现出比自根苗较强的抗逆性,且以"RS2"砧木最好。 Four kinds of excellent capsicum stock 'RS1','RS2','RS3'produced in korea,and 'WZbell' produced in Shandong Weifang were used as rootstock grafted with Henan local capsicum varieties 'Moyu',grafting affinity were studied,and the effect of different concentrations of NaCl salt stress on the higher graft survival rate varieties were studied.The results showed that the varieties of 'RS2' and WZBell(W) had higher grafting affinity with 'Moyu',the grafted living rate reached 82.0%and 87.3% separately,and the growth traits showed good.With the treatment of different soil concentration,seedling index of both grafted seedling and scion seedling showed weaken as salt concentration increased,and the content of proline,soluble protein and MDA first increased and then decreased,SOD showed increase grossly.When the salt concentration in 0~40 mmol/L,scion-root seedling growth better than grafted seedling,but grafted seedling showed better stress resistance than scion-root seedling when salt concentration was more than 40 mmol/L,especially 'RS2'-'Moyu' was the best.
