摘要
为"一级学科"公安学之一个部门的治安学,现面临一个优越的发展机遇,亦面对一个全新的发展博弈,各方"当事人"均需审时度势,智慧应对。诸如:讲求学科的猫不敌讲求科学的老鼠;注重一级学科的猫不敌注重一级水平的老鼠;更吃皇粮的猫不敌更吃杂粮的老鼠;深谙小治安的猫不敌深谙大治安的老鼠;单一见长的猫不敌博采众长的老鼠;浮躁、刻板的猫不敌专注、简单的老鼠;善于"一分法"、"二分法"的猫不敌善于"三分法"的老鼠;崇尚社会添加的猫不敌崇尚回归自然的老鼠。治安学科必须强化学科治安,顺势而上。
Security Science, as a part of the ＂level I＂ public security science subject, faces an advantageous development opportunity and a brand - new development game. All parties concerned are to make good use of the opportunity and take wise measures to develope it. Focuses are to be made appropriately on the construction of se- curity subject and the research of security science, on the maintenance of ＂level I subject＂ and the actual develop- ment of the subject, etc.
