P53、Bcl-2、MDM2和P21在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 鳞状细胞癌是口腔中最常见的恶性肿瘤(约占口腔癌瘤80%以上),其生物学行为较为特殊,难以预测。研究表明,鳞状细胞癌是多基因性的疾病,在其发生发展过程中有多种基因参与调控,包括原癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活。其中P53、Bcl一2、MDM2和P21基因与鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展有密切关系,它们在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)的发生发展中既互相影响,又相对独立,因此,通过对上述基因不断深入地研究可为OSCC的治疗提供新思路。
