摘要
在铝电解自焙阳极糊生产过程中 ,需大量的粘结剂一液体沥青 ,而沥青由固体转变为液体过程中会产生大量的沥青烟 ,此沥青烟严重超过国家污染物排放标准 ,对人体健康带来极大危害 ,给生产、防火带来极大隐患。通过采用L—DCB1 .1型电除尘器净化该烟气后 ,烟气排放达到国家污染物排放标准。
During the production of self baked anode paste for aluminium eletrolysis,a great deal of bonding—liquid pitch is needed.When it is transformed from the solid to the liquid,much fume will be caused,which is far beyond the national standard for emitting pollutant,the fume is very harmful to the health of people and bring great potential danger for production and fire preventing.Therefore to solve the problem has become urgent.By cleaning the fume with L—DCB 1.1 electrical dust remover,the fume emitted is able to reach national standard.
