应用型高校多层次创新实验教学体系的实践 被引量:23

摘要 随着高等教育规模快速发展,教育质量有了较大的提高,但还不能完全适应经济社会发展的需要,学生的实践能力和创新精神亟待加强,人才培养模式和教学体系需要进一步优化。通过对传统实验教学体系存在的问题的深入分析,总结了包含第一课堂和第二课堂的多层次创新实验教学体系。以上海工程技术大学为例介绍了应用型高校进行多层次多模式大学生创新实践活动的情况以及相关的制度保障和奖励机制,并介绍了多模式创新实践活动有机结合与拓展的途径。实践证明,该创新实验教学体系的实施不仅催生了大量学生创新成果,而且营造了优良的科研与创新实践氛围,加强了学生协同工作能力、创新能力以及实践动手能力的培养。 With the rapid development of higher education,the education quality had been improved greatly,but it still could not adapt to the need of economic and social development.Therefore,students' practice and innovation abilities should be strengthened,and the personnel training mode and teaching system needed to be further optimized.This paper analyzed the existing problems in the traditional experimental teaching system,proposed a multi-level innovation experiment teaching system including first and second class teaching,and introduced the practice on multi-level innovative experimental teaching system in application-oriented universities taking a local university of Shanghai as an example.It also introduced the guarantee system and incentive mechanism for the development of different experimental activities.It proved that the innovative experimental teaching system not only produced a large number of students' innovations,but also created a good atmosphere for scientific research and practice,thereby strengthening the cultivation of students' team-work ability,innovation ability and practice ability.
