摘要
近年来,由于管理心理学不断地应用于社会实践,社会对掌握且能够灵活运用管理心理学知识解决实际问题的人才需求十分旺盛。但是,由于管理心理学实验室建设的步伐相对滞后导致对管理类学生进行心理学技术训练和实践能力培养还远远未能达到社会需要的水准。通过商学院管理心理学综合实验室建设和运作实践,分析其管理心理学综合实验室的主体结构、人才培养和管理模式,提出了管理心理学实验室应在人因工程、人员绩效等层面开展实验教学,实行教师和专职实验员共同参与的管理模式,期望对国内商学院建设管理心理学实验室提供参考。
In recent years,there is a great demand for the personnel who can use management psychological knowledge to solve practical problems.However,because of the fact that the construction of management psychology laboratory is relatively lagging behind,such kind of personnel cannot satisfy the demand of the society.According to the construction and operation of management psychology comprehensive laboratory in Nanjing Normal University,this paper,based on the analysis of the main structure of management psychology laboratory,personnel training and management models of the laboratory,points out that the laboratory should conduct experimental teaching in human engineering,personnel performance and so on,and implement the management model of cooperation between expertise teacher and full-time laboratory assistant.It is hoped that the conclusion made in this paper can be of reference for the development of management psychology laboratories in domestic business colleges.
