PS76 - 80飞锯机是一种新型的焊管生产在线切割设备。其特点是 ,测长编码器安装在飞锯小车上 ;通过 PC程序控制器进行一次和二次定尺控制 ;二次定尺采用先进的一轴定位交流伺服系统 ;锯切部分由三个油马达分别驱动的 2 0 0 m m锯片沿钢管圆周方向作 12 0°均匀分布 ,锯片通过油缸和油马达作垂直进给和不大于 6 0°的旋转进给 ,切割力矩大而平稳。驱动同步简单 ,系统运行平稳可靠、噪音低、定尺精度高。
PS76-80 flying cutting machine is a new kind of cutting device of welded pipe production. The characteristic is the measuring device is mounted on the flying cutting carriage. The PC programming controller controlled the cutting length,the second cutting length adopt the advanced AC sovo system. The cutting part is driven by three oil engine which separately drive the ф200mm cutting device and positioned in 120 degree of the cutting device rotating less than 60 degree and moving vertically through oil hydraulic cylinder and oil engine. The cutting torque is large and smooth and the system runs smoothly and reliably with low noise and high length cutting precision.
