在管理类本科课程教学中开设素质拓展实验的思考

摘要 素质拓展训练是一种新型体验式培训,自作为实验课程开设以来,已经取得较好成效。素质拓展实验可以更好地贯彻"以人为本"的教学理念,实现"学生为主导,教师为指导"的发现式学习,推进实践教学与理论教学的良性互动,全面提高学生综合素质。素质拓展实验是符合当代大学生特点和管理类本科实践教学要求的综合实验课程。同时,它也从教学角度提出诸如要求教师具有更加充盈的知识储备、更加充分的教学准备和更加细致的过程控制等需要重视的问题。 Quality development training, a new experiential training, has achieved good results. This experiment can better implement the "people-oriented" teaching philosophy, realize the discovering study with students as the leading factor and teachers as guiders and achieve positive interaction be tween theory teaching and practice teaching so as to comprehensively improve students' overall quali- ty. Quality development is an comprehensive experimental program which accords with college students' features and requirements of practice teaching of management undergraduate courses. In or- der to teach the experimental course better, teachers are required to get new knowledge, prepare the teaching better and control the teaching process more carefully.
