烟叶醇化库磷化氢吸收系统与空调系统的优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 为解决烟叶醇化库建设投资较高以及公用配套设施设置不合理等问题,利用暖通空调技术对烟叶醇化库烟叶熏蒸杀虫后磷化氢废气净化处理系统和空调系统进行了优化设计。优化后按集中式双风道空调系统设计风管,系统主机由磷化氢净化处理设备和组合式空调机组组成,通过PLC自动调节库内温湿度及在线检测熏蒸杀虫过程磷化氢废气排放浓度。实践表明,系统优化设计后,缩短了磷化氢净化时间,实现了有害气体的零排放,可分层、分区域对仓内烟叶进行醇化,保证了烟叶熏蒸杀虫后磷化氢废气的安全达标排放;仓库内不再设立空调专用机房,相对增加了仓储面积,每栋仓库可节省投资531万元;空调机组可根据烟叶醇化量投入运行,减少了电力消耗,降低了烟叶醇化运行费用。 In order to save capital investment in construction of warehouse for tobacco aging and rationalize the arrangement of auxiliary facilities, the purification system for exhaust gas after phosphine fumigation and air conditioning system were optimized with HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) technology. The ventilation pipe was designed in accordance with centralized double duct air conditioning system, comprising of phosphine purification equipment and modular air conditioning units, and PLC was adopted to automatically adjust the temperature and humidity in the warehouse and monitor the phosphine concentration in exhausted air during fumigation. The results of practical application showed that optimal design shortened the duration of phosphine purification and realized the zero emission of harmful gas. Tobacco leaf aging could be conducted at different layers or areas in warehouse, and the emission of phosphine gas after fumigation was safe and reached the standard. The air conditioners were installed in a separate room, and the warehouse space was increased relatively, which saved 5310 thousand RMB yuan per warehouse building. The operation of air conditioning units could be controlled according to the amount of aged leaves, which reduced the consumption of electric power and the cost of leaf aging.
