摘要
考察了普通滤嘴、外置沟槽滤嘴、内置沟槽滤嘴和空腔滤嘴4种不同结构滤嘴的烟碱过滤效率及截留烟碱在滤嘴中的空间分布模式;采用精密激光切割工具对滤嘴进行横向切割与轴向同心圆切割后,定量分析各切割部分滤嘴中的烟碱含量,并对校正后的烟碱分布数据进行多项式拟合和插值分析;根据烟气流动方式的改变解释了不同滤嘴截留烟碱空间分布模型的差异。结果表明:①普通滤嘴、外置沟槽滤嘴、内置沟槽滤嘴和空腔滤嘴的烟碱截留效率分别为39.06%,45.45%,39.63%和31.75%。②获得了不同结构滤嘴截留烟碱的轴向截面空间分布模式。
The filtration efficiency and spatial distribution patterns of nicotine in filters of 4 different structures, i.e., ordinary filter, peripherally grooved filter, inner grooved filter and cavity filter, were investigated. The nicotine retained in each segment was quantitatively analyzed after the filters were transversely and longitudinally cut into segments by a precision laser cutting device. After correction, the distribution data of nicotine were processed by polynomial fitting and interpolation analysis. The differences of spatial distribution pattern of nicotine between filters were interpreted as the variation of flow pattern of smoke in filters. The results showed that: 1) The nicotine filtration efficiencies of ordinary filter, peripherally grooved filter, inner grooved filter and cavity filter were 39.06%, 45.45%, 39.63% and 31.75%, respectively. 2) The axial cross section distribution patterns of nicotine retained in different filters were obtained.
