摘要
近年来,农民合作组织作为解决我国农业生产中国规模化产业化问题的一种可能途径而受到广泛的关注,并且得到了很大的发展。但同时我们也应注意到存在着结构松散等问题,严重影响农民合作组织的健康可持序发展。基于组织行动者的视角,从行动者在组织中的不同的依赖关系和权力情况入手,对农民合作组织中的各类行动者加以分析,可以对农民合作组织结构松散的问题进行较为深入的探讨,并找出可行的解决途径。
Recently, farmers＇ cooperative organizations have attracted serious concern and developed rapidly as the possible solution of the problem of scale and industrialization product in agriculture. While the looseness of farmers＇ cooperative organizations＇ structure should be concerned, which produces an effect on the healthy and sustainable development？ Based on the perspective of actors of organization, we analyzed the various actors in farmers＇ cooperative organizations from the relations between the actors and the power in the organization, by which we examined the problem of looseness of farmers＇ cooperative organizations＇ structure in detail and found some possible solutions.
